The third quarter of Education Operational Fund (BOP) for East Jakarta can not be disbursed due to a mistake during proposing the budget.

“It’s the mistake of agency head. The budget should be included in the 2016 city budget,” said Saefullah, Jakarta Regional Secretary, Monday (8/15).
According to him, the budget can be proposed in budget amendment.
City Government will Combine BOP AccountsMeanwhile, East Jakarta Head Section of Elementary Education for Sub-dept. of Education Area 1, Samidi, admitted the fund has been disbursed in first and second quarter. Third quarter fund is delayed. BOP fund is taken from city budget, while School Operational Fund (BOS) is taken from state budget.
“Both for BOS and BOP have not been disbursed yet. I think there is a headmaster does not input the budget, so it can not be disbursed now,” he admitted.
